BioWare Goose Cam

The roof of video game developer BioWare's Edmonton studio has been chosen by a pair of Canada geese as their nesting site for the spring. For the next few weeks, you can watch Ganders (female), Arishonk (male) and hopefully some eventual goslings on the BioWare Goose Cam.
Geese nesting on high-rise buildings are not uncommon in Edmonton. The Canada goose is a federally protected species under the Migratory Birds Convention Act, and interfering with a nest is prohibited. Cheekily naming the occupants is not.

The game soundtrack really adds something to it. Then takes it. Because the geese are not doing anything or following the cues from the music.
Worst direction ever.

The Canadian people are very warm and friendly.
But their geese are assholes.

SPOILER: This being BioWare, they're not geese, but rabbits which had already eaten their young weeks ago, and now trying to do better.

Ganders (female)
A gander is a male goose. I would have gone with Morriganser. Or since they're Canada geese, Brantany Hawke. Someone in the YouTube comments suggested Morrigoose.

Having grown up in one of the poorer areas of Scarborough, Ontario, I can say for certain that it's not minorities who comprise the toughest urban gangs, regardless of what the tabloid press would tell you.

Well, at least this'll let us keep an eye on Ganders, so maybe...nope. Still too soon. TOO SOON, BIOWARE.

I was kind of hoping they'd used an infrared camera so that we can still see them after dark :( At least it's spring/summer in the northern hemisphere and the sun is setting pretty late.

Now I want to see a nature video where they strap a webcam to a videogame enemy and see what they get up to when the character is not there.
