I'm guessing it was raised by people who owned the same model/color of truck. Glad it was willing to stick around the lake rather than following him alway.

In his defense, it looks like the only thing he possibly would need to watch out for was another goose.

It has been my experience that usually geese are dicks. This one seemed pretty cool though.

I also loved the way the goose was using the wake of the side-view mirror to ease his flight.

Maybe the goose was injured or ill and thought the human would help him? I'd like to think that. You did your species proud, Alberta forester dude.

Looks like the CBC got permission for the footage. When I first posted the article, it included this video on YouTube if that's more convenient for people.
