This is awesome but it losses some points for making me acutely aware of why, at the amusement park, I group with the coaster people and not the spinny ride people.

These are absolutely wonderful. It's very rare, but occasionally contemplating the technicalities of how something was made will give me an actual sense of wonder. These are gorgeous, besides.
