God. The puppet is exquisitely done, both in material and expression. The sense of resignation, instead of expectation, highlights the sinister nature of Alzheimer's:everything will be taken away from you. The artist has it down to the pitch of the shoulders, the particular cast of the eye. It's bleak, all hope lost, but none of it remembered.
Haunting and troubling, but a good reminder to enjoy the troubles you are able to keep in mind.
