Yeah, yeah, it's all fun and games with the thumbs up. Then you move on to winking and doing that head cocking thing. From there it's just a small step to "double pointing pistol fingers" gestures and saying things like "you're the man." At that point, really, is shooting so bad?

Thumbs up is very useful in restraunt settings when the server asks how everything is and your mouth is full of food.
