The Conservative Action Fund PAC has recently filed an FEC advisory opinion request asking whether PACs should be allowed to accept Bitcoins. BitPay and the Bitcoin Foundation offered comments. The Commission just issued a draft advisory opinion. Public comment deadline is Nov 13, 12pm Eastern.

If you would like to comment on the record, just email ao@fec.gov, mention "AO 2013-15 Conservative Action Fund", give your name and the name of any group you represent, and explain your views in response to the above documents.
