Even if this was just the drawing-in-the-lab parts and none of the basketball parts, it would still be amazing.

Great post! Thanks for including the How It's Made video, it's really interesting. Love that they scanned one of the actors with a Kinect to make a CG stunt double.

Besides, the whole "Portal Gag" thing was created way back in the 1950s by Chuck Jones for Looney Tunes.

The effects were all excellent, and really well thought out, but the best part for me was the guys figuring out the shots. There was a couple of mic-drop moments that made me laugh, because that's how science happens in my head.
Two guys, arguing in a room, one proves something, and then walks around chest-pounding and talking shit. Because motherfuckin' science, yo.
