Chameleons are such crazy little creatures. I love how despite the fact that they are creatures of damp forests for the most part, one species live in one of the harshest deserts on earth.

I love chameleons, and this is delightful. Animals are amazing; out he comes and then he's on his way.

Day one: the terrain is small and alarmingly pink coloured. I feel like something unknowingly vast is watching me, waiting.

Chameleons are the cutest lizards. Most reptiles repulse me but chameleons just inspire cooing.

I cracked up when Soundhound told me what the music was: Alien vs. Predator Main Theme.

It feels like the fact that it came out colored blue should be the answer to some deep question, kind of like bekos is for language.

Oh thanks for the soundtrack id Johnny Wallflower! I was wondering if it was some bit of Jurassic Park.

Some may think it's not worth the wait for the tail but I would say it totally is. Thanks for this!

Alien vs. Predator Main Theme.
Yeah, that music was making me so nervous about what was going to happen to the little guy.

Also: squee! those weird little feets!

Do we not mean sha-mee-lee-awn?

Seriously, though, this was a nice time out from a rather nutty day at work. Thanks for posting.

I want to know what the hell is going on in the chameleon's nervous system that results in it being fully prepared, upon hatching, to just take off walking immediately. Like, it can't possible recognize anything, by definition. Why isn't there at least a brief period of stunned incredulity before it decides,"Well...time to start climbing this guy's hand, I guess."

I don't mean to suggest that it thinks this in so many words. At a bare minimum, "time", "guy" and "hand" all have to be alien concepts to begin with.

My youngest son and I were making some seriously unearthly noises watching this. Thanks again for providing the soundtrack info, Johnny Wallflower.
