Emily's drum cover of "Be Yourself" by Audioslave (check out the subtle sideways glance at 4:05). Emily posts videos of her drum covers of rock songs, and has been doing so for a while. The drum only audio track for the linked Audioslave song.
I am 6 years old and this is my second video: "Fortunate Son" - CCR
I am 8 years old and this is my tenth video: "Animal" - Neon Trees
I am 9 years old and this is my fifteenth video: "Surrender" - Cheap Trick
I am ten years old and this is my twenty-fourth video: "Just What I Needed" - The Cars
Hi, my name is Emily and I am 13 years old. (35th): "A Song For The Dead" - Queens Of The Stone Age
"Surrender" was her 2013 submission for Hit Like A Girl , which features a ton of other great drum covers by kids (and adults). Including this amazing submission by the 12 year old A. Tobler: "Wax Simulacra" - The Mars Volta

OMG. She is perfection. Already has "drummer face."

I'm just thrilled to learn there's a thirteen year old girl in 2017 who's heard Cheap Trick.

She's wonderful!
The mean old man in me, though, wants her to tackle some Keith Moon.

Just watched the Audioslave one but that was great. Her micro-"fuckin' GET IT" expressions on the big hits is the best. Also digging the Angry (Drummer) Birds in the background.

"Don't start anything new unless you start it when you are five or six years old." Words of wisdom to live by.

I just sent "Just What I Needed" to my sister. My sister who insisted from the age of about 5 that she wanted to be a rock and roll drummer when she grew up. Mostly because of Animal on the muppets. (Parents never did get her a drum set, 30 years later her husband did.)

And, the comments! I just flipped through the comments on that video and they are almost uniformly awesome. She wins at drums and at the Internet by having a YouTube vid with nice, friendly, fun comments.

Wow, really kicks up a notch with the QotSA. It's cool to see someone growing into a body that can produce so much more POWER than the one that they had when they were learning this skill.
