Go to her timeline, start with the "IS IT JUST ME" tweet, and read downward (i.e. in reverse chronological order). A hint:

This is the moment I’ve been waiting for for four whole months......
The best state fair food is corn on the cob don’t @ me
Real talk: idk what I’m going to do when my friends no longer all live within a 1 mile radius of me
Life was so much easier when my school supply list was colored pencils and glue sticks

Not so much context as instructions -- can you talk to the mods about changing the link in the post or add a second so it actually goes to the place that has the thing we're supposed to be looking at? The single tweet and its replies doesn't contain this pattern.

Yes, the replies coming to the final tweet are making it confusing. Go here - her timeline, and starting from the "IS IT JUST ME..." Tweet, read the first word of each tweet she has sent.
Easy come, easy go.

I'm reading through all her tweets that are part of the lyrics. It's pretty impressive and probably took some planning. For example, the 5 back to back Gallileo tweets are aimed at flat-earthers and styled as a disconnected twitter thread with number designation (#/#). Scaramouch was also humorous.
And the first Bismillah is "BISMILLAH! NO! WE WILL NOT LET YOU GO!! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO" to the "quote the lyrics you'd scream" meme, which almost threw me off, but she actually keeps going. Again, impressive!

Bismillah is apparently the first word of the Qur'an, and is part of the longer Basmala, which is the opening statement of each Sura of the Qur'an, which translates to "In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful." I'm not sure if it's something anyone ever says as an interjection, but it's certainly one of the stranger things to turn up in a prog rock song.
