Jesus Fucking Christ. I don't know why this shit still shocks. The assault, the pay, the "thoughtlessness," having to make a statement to carefully absolve the production company. Everything she said was so careful and precise.

Narratives, matter, and transparency! A lot to consider and ponder. I really, really like Michaela Coel, but only watched this because of your post. (Anything that even vaguely reminds me of TED talks I sidestep, whoops.) Thank you Ms. Coel, and thank you, too h00py!

This is excellent.. I've not seen Chewing Gum (but will def check it out now) but I remember her in the 'USS Callister' episode of Black Mirror. It looks like she's going to be very good in Black Earth Rising too.
