You Can Do It (Caribou)

If Monday is grinding to an end and you need energy, dogs, and a little boost to your day More about Caribou/Dan Snaith, and one more sample of something very good from Caribou.
Ok here's what happened to me.
(SPOILER ALERTZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ)
I was going to stop it and come over here to ask if the voice is on a loop (I have since decided yes) or how does a person keep saying that over and over without it sounding gibberish but then actually it did sound like gibberish and also like "chicken dog".
But then the puppies came. And then frisbees. And well, I just watched to the end of course.

Thanks for the new Caribou tip! I've been enjoying his progression though not so excited to hear him getting close to the "white DJ samples Black 70s artists" stereotype. The earlier Dan, bassist and two drummers combo was my favorite iteration.

This is probably more a sign of me getting older or something, but the first link had me thinking "why do people ruin pet videos with terrible soundtracks", and it was only upon clicking the other links that I realized it was the dogs that were the incidental part of the first video. Ah well. Not my thing but I hope it's something that their audience enjoys. n.n

anthill: I got to see them on that tour, it was good fun.
I like his recent stuff a lot as well, but this one almost seemed like it should have been released under the Daphni moniker. The video was great and made me smile on this rough Monday. Thanks.

I've loved Caribou since he was Manitoba! Always nice to see more Snaith coming out.

Caribou has reached the "diminishing returns" stage of his career for me, but I still dig him and my wife and I still (I think?) have tickets for an endlessly delayed show here in Toronto, and I hope I get to see it someday.

When I shared this at work yesterday a colleague's response was basically "so annoying lol" and it only dawned on me that this video could be anything but energizing for People of the World :)
but then, these weeks are the last for my dear little old dog so anything dog-related is heat seeking to the heart
