I guess when "Learn to Count with James Mason and the Chipmunks" came out, smoking was so ubiquitous that it was basically invisible, no more worth commenting on than the fact Mason had a jacket and tie on.

That Rickles roasting Eastwood clip came up in my youtube suggestions about a week ago, too. While I love Don Rickles, watching a clip of him on youtube will get clips of him recommended for WEEKS.
