I have been to the Idaho Potato Museum. There's a VR exhibit where you can immerse yourself in the sheer excitement of riding a giant harvesting machine through a field of potatoes.

Eh, everyday item museums can be great. I was dubious about the Tokyo Tobacco & Salt museum, but the memories remain fresh.

Aw, missed that one, but I went to Potato World in New Brunswick, right next to the McCain Potato Processing Technology Centre. Sadly I couldn't get a tour in there.
