This equally impressive lego domino machine uses a different technique for resetting. And has magnets in the dominos to allow them to be loose without losing them.

Fun to watch, but I had to speed it up as I am not patient. Lego geekery looks like it could easily consume my day, what nice use of engineering skill.

JK Brickworks is always a pleasure. I love their videos.

While I have a passing understanding of gears, I find JK's stuff to be very elegant and smooth, and not the sort of thing I am good at with Lego. I do find it fascinating, however.
