My son’s been watching a behind the scenes at the Taronga zoo documentary and it’s been neat seeing updates on things filmed in 2019/2020 which are already showing success. Thanks for this series of posts - it’s a nice counterpart to a lot of the news to be reminded that humans can do a lot to reverse the problems we made.

Holy crow, that's an amazing turnaround! I follow the takahē and kākāpƍ recovery efforts in NZ, and it took them many years to hit that point. This was the kind of news story I needed to see today.

To echo adamsc, above, thanks for the positive posts.
