Thank $Deity the Stop from Dr Horrible was in there 'cause the description immediately put that "Stop" into my mind as an earworm without context of the source and I was afraid I'd spend the whole day with a nameless "Stop" swirling around in my brain.

I’m definitely judging these artists by their commitment to the stop.

Don't stop! Come a little closer. [beckons you near, leans over to whisper in your ear] Don't stop believing

also the stop/continue in the studio version of Improper Dancing is far superior to the wishy-washy live cut here

A comment suggests Todd filled out the list by claiming on Xitter that no song did this and baiting people into correcting him

Having a DJ Earworm mashup in there is a nicely meta touch.

I’ve never considered what an overused trope this is. Seeing them all together like this makes me want nobody to ever do it again. But on the other hand, at a live show, with a good band, that kind of moment is always a crowd-pleaser. So, I’m sure it’s never going away.

The actual timeline was:

On 2 Sep, TITS rants about songs that annoyingly don't stop on the word 'stop', and then pondering about updating his original 2015 compilation, asking for suggestions.

In between then until 29 Sep, he would be updating about such 'Stop' songs, such as asking for decisions on cases like Fleetwood Mac's "Stop"

Less than 24 hours before making the updated compilation live on YT is when he does do his trolling, though unlikely he'd be really canvassing for options at that point.

…claiming on Xitter that no song

Aha! I knew I couldn't be the only one doing this!
It is of course pronounced "shitter."

Three Britney Spears songs followed by an Eminem song, that was fun.

A quick fun party question I've used for years was "okay, STOP..."*

A) In the name of love
B) Hammer time
C) Collaborate and listen

Given that all 3 examples are short and instructional, I'm unsure how many more I can add to that list from this video. While I admire Todd's videos broadly - and his dedication to this bit specifically - if anyone wants to report back after this 33 minute video with more examples that would also be short and instructional (and, perhaps crucially, also instantly recognizable by folks 30+ years old) I'd appreciate it.

*Also, of course, the answer is A.

Aha! I knew I couldn't be the only one doing this!

I go back and forth on calling it "Xitter", "eX-Twitter", and "it's called X now and Twitter is never coming back", which intentionally does not flow in sentences but does encourage people to let go emotionally

I watched the fist, maybe, minutes of this - noted that he had included every song I could think of in the category, thought “bravo” and then noted I was only a small fraction of the way through.

The meticulous research extends to everything he does- and I would particularly recommend his “one hit wonder” posts - each of which starts with him trying to pick out the tune on a piano and ends with a 10 second sample of his band(?) doing a full cover

Frosty the Snowman. Elvis, twice. Roy Orbison. And the Muppets, just because.

I ran out of steam before the halfway mark while watching the video, and a full list seems not to have manifested in the comments on the video, and there's now a "perpetually updating" paywalled version on Nebula, so I'll let other people figure out if Nerves by Bauhaus or Les Femmes by Yelle were included.
