Thank you for posting it but that was a depressing read.

There's nobody in our system with the motivation, resources, and connections to serve as a counterbalancing force to organizations that are strategically using our legal system to dismantle much of what has been accomplished in order to benefit a small number of plutocrats and I see little hope that firms such as the one featured in the linked article won't continue to devour our system from within and be rewarded richly for their efforts.
