A couple weeks ago I found some recordings I made of an old cat, since departed, purring. This video reminded me of the Old Guy again, in the best way. Magical, indeed.

This is so great. I loved the one that starts facing the bookshelf, and the ones that really zoom in on small facial expressions. I will be sharing this.

There is one thing weird about these I've just noticed, and it's surprising to me how long it took me to realize it: the cat has no tail!
