Glorious. I also found myself smitten by his red rant, until the last sentence:
"HOW DARE YOU SQUEEZE OUT ANOTHER USELESS PILE OF FLESH AND ACT LIKE AN ARTIST."
Am I right in reading that as a splendid burst of pure nihilism crashing down into a little artier-than-thou hissy fit? Are real artists Shakers? And more importantly, does that explain the rise of reality television?

Hm, the way I read it, I don't think he's indicting other artists as dilettantes or posers, but instead that he considers the creation of art morally superior to that of baby-making, and indicts breeders for taking the "easy way out." If he wanted to pursue the nihilism to it's conclusion he'd end up equating the act of reproduction with that of making art. e.g. both acts are useless and selfish, but then why draw a comic? That being said, I'm glad he did it anyway. =)

Nice find.
As far as the rant goes, I find it hard to believe that someone with this guy's visual sense would actually expect a reader to make it to the bottom of a page so visually repellent.

The more I look at his site, the more obvious it becomes that this Aaron guy has pretty much adopted the styles of a few underground Japanese guys, like Maruo and Tsuge.
I still like it though.

The surreality of it remind me a bit of Jesse Moynihan. I love this kind of stuff.

The second story I've read wherein a girl falls in love with a vacuum cleaner in as many days.
