The content of the article deserves some attention, as well. As predicted elsewhere (I dunno where: too much data coming in too fast...) the drums are already beating for Gore to step down with grace for the good of the nation, when in fact, this is by no means a done deal. What the right is asking for is a Gimme Victory in which rule, law, justice and sense are discarded.
Until we see the final returns of the recount, until the court cases are settled and until the electoral college actually meets, this election is not over, and no candidate should concede. The voting is not and was never the end of any previous election; why should it be for this one?
