You know what? Forget sarcasm. I'm getting really tired of irony, cynicism, and all the other coping mechanisms that allow me to make light of my country's steady descent into the wastebasket of history. All I will say is that I hope that these clowns leave office without doing more damage, that whoever follows them will be wiser and more intelligent, and that civilization does not completely collapse during my lifetime.
