Triple Video Throwdown

YouTube vs. Google Video vs. Revver Watch three videos at the same time. Less artistic than The Flaming Lips' Zaireeka, but more so than the opening sequence of The Brady Bunch. So basically, right in that cultural sweet spot.

Interesting.
I hope I am not the only one overwhelmed with disgust at the propect that thousands upon thousands of twenty and thirty somethings are out there setting up little home tv studios with carefully placed end tables and curtain backdrops and overhead camera positions hiding double chins, all in the name of fleeting youtube fame.
I fear for the republic.

Wow, youtube finished over a minute before the other two (which kept a relatively close sync) for me.

Yeah, youtube was the only one that didn't have to wait and buffer at some point while I was watching.

What dhartung said. He didn't even actually try to create a dialog, it was just screaming over himself. Blah.

Jeez, he could've handed something from one frame to the next, or had them punching eachother. At least.

For me, the Google one loaded, then I had to wait 30 seconds or so for the others. Interesting, the effect still worked.

Well, that pretty much insures I'll neve be able to hear "Row Your Boat" again without having nightmares afterwards.

Dear AskMe:
What's that word for when a link in a comment to a post is better than the original link itself?

Link is borked. Also, what's Revver? Is this something I'd need to click on a caret to know about?

What's the intended effect? I just get the usual stuttering unwatchable nonsense that I get from those sites anyway. (Yeah, I know. I need to buy a better computer...)

is this a test to see which video upload service conveys his asshatedness the least? because they all do so swimmingly. I like the idea fine enough, but that's a damned long 90 secs,
