Fantastic network, fantastic author, fantastic work, but it's not all that special. Morning Edition only aired a short segment of it then and now. Here's the longer version.

A Christmas Memory is also worth listening to.

Don't they do this every year? I can remember hearing this on Morning Edition ten years ago.

Briank, I think NPR does do it every year, but this was the first year I've heard it.

Friends don't let friends use Real Player or Windows Media Player.

Sedaris is funny. We gave this on CD to my parents years back so they could listen on the road to Bellingham Washigton driving back from our family Chirstmas in Utah. It was the first time ever my parents called me from the road, in hysterics, to thank me for ANYTHING.

Good stuff. Every year my girlfriend and I listen to this on his CD set Holidays On Ice. Recommended.
