That Rio capture is spectacular. As is the Peru one.

Wow, that is an amazing and effective use of Quicktime with 360 panorama. So much better than the fishbowl views of places I've seen.

I'd like to watch it, but it has now crashed my browser twice, so I think I'm gonna skip it. Great idea, though.

Here's one that was shot at a memorial service for the Virginia shootings, complete with sound.

...and if seven new wonders didn't provide enough VR goodness for you, this mob are attempting to take panorama shots of every single UNESCO World Heritage site.

Oh man, the souvenir shop at Petra has one of those poster carousel display things, and the visible one is a huge white, black, and red print of Saddam Hussein in a kaffiyeh!

New seven wonders? Heresy!

Actually, the Rio one confirms my belief that it shouldn't have been included in the 7 wonders. The Petra photograph is awesome.

Eekacat: you realise it was only a popularity contest for tourist sites, right? (with a bit of parochialism thrown in)

The Rio statue is an absolutely incredible view, but the statue itself is pretty unremarkable.
