Within two months of sinking a Japanese ship (and 24 hours of a recon plane landing in China) the US Navy have angered the Japanese yet again when the nuclear submarine Chicago showed up at a Japanese port without any prior notice.

That question is right for all sorts of answers...
(1) Because a real president wasn't selected by the supreme court.
(2) Florida needs to count again.
(3) He's a fool, but at least he hispanically pushes his tax cut.
(4) Gore just wouldn't have made a good sitcom. It'd be a bunch of "journalist in war" and "i invented the internet" jokes.

The Japanese and Chinese and whoever else need to get over it. We're Americans. We have planes, boats and subs. We have important business which they'd never begin to fathom.
