Here Come the Fleas by White Noise (myspace), a.k.a. David Vorhaus, from Electric Storm. From same, My Game of Loving and The Visitations (spooky).
However, the depiction of roving penises, masturbation, beastiality, and ritual satanic frim-fram in "Here Comes The Fleas" should be okay.

FYI, the firs White Noise album in 1969 featured Delia Derbyshire, who most people may know from her performance of Ron Grainer's Doctor Who theme.
