Even though most of them had short lives, with daemons that they ultimately didn't escape, they all seemed like interesting people. Puts a really different perspective to that usually portrayed in the mainstream media: the nameless junky, that deserves scorn, ridicule and fear. One of those great posts I come to MeFi for.

Wow, that is amazing.
I am rarely impressed by photographic portraiture, and this was the exception.
