Super Powers, winner of the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival Special Jury Prize for Best Narrative Short (possibly NSFW - a couple of swear words and adult theme)
I liked seeing the prospective tenants snoop through their stuff. It's fun to go to open houses just to chuckle at people's idiosyncracies.

Since I spent 6:28 on that, I'm entitled to say:

Fortunately I've learned how to identify those "cute" shorts and avoid them when I go to film festivals. Further snark deleted in the interest of being nice.
