That looks to be the cardboard roll, not the paper...
A number of gentlemen that I work with are ex-convicts, and I have been duly advised that one can make acceptable dice out of toilet paper that has been soaked in water then dried out.
Obligatory Metafilter rejoinder: YES BUT THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THEY ARE GOING TO BE REALLY TRUELY RANDOM!!11!!
