The Founders of Gospel Mime: A New Dimension of Worship

Put your hands together for the animated ministry epileptic seizures of K & K Mime. Not over the top enough for you? How about ICCM (come for the Flash intro, stick around for the voice of God warning you about the IRS). Or how about Evangel Cathedral.net, feel free to skip the intro and enjoy the floor show, or Drum & Bass Ministries? All are the divinely inspired creative work of Sharper FX.com.

....I don't even HAVE epilepsy and the K & K Mime site literally gave me a headache.

....also, could it be any more obvious they use the same damn layout template for each and every site?

Seeing K&K Mime once before was enough.

Man, that ICCM link is what Sister Miriam Godwinson sees when she checks her e-mail in the morning.

I suggest that anyone planning to watch that K&K Mime site sit down and put on a helmet. I think that it could trigger a seizure in anyone.

That point aside, there is bad flash all over the internet. Is the only point here to point and say "LOLXIANS, THEY CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT FLASH!!111!"? Because, really, my bank can't figure out flash, either.

double block bleed: it's more about how the church has gone from "repent" to "This site requires Flash 10 before you can repent.", if you know what I'm mean.

My god, it's full of mimes...

Christ, what a flash-hole!

There's an adorable video on the Sharper FX.com site of the artist's young niece singing Itsy Bitsy Spider. The accompanying animation (one of this guys first, without boops, bleeps or laser arrows) tries to follow and interpret the young girls confused interpretation of this classic children's song. It's very cute, but I can't link to it directly. Just go to the bottom right corner of the site template and click Y-NOT to watch it.

God is telling me that this may be a double.

OK, clicking on the first link, I didn't realize that "mime" was descriptive of the form of worship.

Unh....ow...

Isn't this a double? Wasn't another of this guy's church websites featured here a day or two ago?

They're mimes. Why is there sound???

(Flash is a pox. I don't think God approves.)

Along with a link to his (SharperFX's) portfolio -- which was where I saw all of these just a few days ago?

Oh OK. Previous incarnation deleted at posters request. As you were, then.

Yikes. If this is heaven, I'd hate to see their hell.

I've complained here several times about terrible flash-based photography sites that get linked all the time. But I'm not against flash at all. I actually think these are rather good, by comparison. Crass as Hell, sure, but well crafted. Taste and functionality are different things.

The pattern is seldom broken. Christianity is against something (You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth) until it is for it (look at me flashing for Jesus!), then it claims it did it all along. A more important example: abolition of slavery.

There's no way that K&K Mime can be even a fraction as awesome and exciting as that flash intro makes them out to be.

When K&K perform the moonwalk do they travel backwards in mime?
