Sigh. Giant Robot, you were once an awesome magazine, and as much as I enjoy Nintendo-themed cars, I'd rather have the magazine that once brought me interviews with Chow Yun Fat and "Asian Hot Sauce reviews" instead of kitschy shit for hipsters.

Oh hey, this is still open near me. (Really near where I used to live, in fact.) Too bad the openings at Scion are always choked to death with American Apparel Vice Magazine motherfuckers, but I may swing by to see the show.

yeolson: agreed. I went to meet Eric at GR in the late 90s when they were still a scrappy startup. I contributed a few photos from events for free, iirc. I miss that GR.
