My best friend and I email each other daily, and over the years we've developed our own misspelled vocabulary based on our own typos, lolcats, Engrish, and general dorkery. There's something about deliberately mangled English that cracks me up. (For me, it doesn't have anything to do with the developmentally disabled. It's more related to the way little kids speak and write when they're still learning language skills.)
So whenever we write about cooking or lunch, we talk about beff, prok, friend shicky, krots, cramchiz, prange joox, slad, cumbungers, bototos, spinch, soop, etc., etc. So some of these read totally normal to me, others crack me up, and still others make me think "it's spelled bronkly, get it right."

I can't say I actually know the history as I am not a 4chan denizen, but "fenga papit" is the image that made me associate this meme with mocking the disabled. You can google it, it's basically the same concept except with a sweet child playing with a finger puppet.
