This is a rare example of two incredibly awesome things that combine to be even more awesome. It's like the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup of YouTube videos. posted by The Bellman at 11:57 AM on August 12, 2011 [1 favorite]

My brother's dog, Sadie (obligatory when-she-was-a-puppy picture), does tricks like this. Only she tends to do them into walls. And windows. Bringing down curtains, pictures, and venetian blinds. I want a youtube video of those kind of tricks. posted by phunniemee at 12:03 PM on August 12, 2011

My dog was like this - everything interested him and he had to CONQUER ALL THINGS by climbing to the limits of his ability and then peeing a bit. He was of a breed well-known for their escape artist tendencies, so I was sort of expecting it, but it is another thing entirely to see a 35kg dog clear an 8 foot fence like it ain't no thang. posted by elizardbits at 12:06 PM on August 12, 2011 [1 favorite]
The human version of parkour is exactly this impressive. posted by TheRedArmy at 12:07 PM on August 12, 2011
Pendulum, you're right--same crazy Ukrainian dog in the first video linked in that earlier post. Sorry I missed that; does this double dog deserve deletion? posted by Mngo at 12:08 PM on August 12, 2011
Pits are fearless and will do anything to please their owner. Anything. You can flick them on the rear with two fingers for doing something bad and they will cower like they've been beaten, but if you tackle them and smack them around in play they will love it. They're an amazing breed for the right owner (as in, have lots and lots of time and energy and a way to expend their own energy). I love this video for that reason.

The first time I read that I thought it said pig. I had a very cute and amusing picture in my head for a few moments. Bull terriers of all kinds are cool but now I really want to see a pig doing those shenanigans. posted by shelleycat at 1:00 PM on August 12, 2011 [2 favorites]
