You've seen cat parkour, but have you seen dog parkour? How about monkey parkour? Squirrel parkour?

Climbing and jumping pet videos, now with 100% cheesier production values! Because Thursdays can't be Fridays, but it's always a good day for watching adorable animals do crazy stunts.
Bonus video of five ferrets, a dog, and a cat playing with each other.

I didn't see the original cat thread, but isn't cat parkour just called "being a cat."

Or do I have crazy ass superhero cats?

Nope, "being a cat" pretty much sums it up.

All funny animal videos should be accompanied by OONTZ OONTZ from now on.

I love the last video. Here are my five ferrets, running through tubes. Here is my kitten.

And here is my corgi, Lance.

No, you have to have French rap accompaniment for it to be parkour.

like cats, squirrel and monkey "parkour" is a bit redundant. Cute videos though. Some minor unexpected stuff in the 1st dog video, that pup just seems to like being up high.

Since I didn't see it on the other thread, here's some real cat parkour, especially the end. Not that I'm an expert at this stuff, youtube just recommends things and I have a habit of clicking them.

Hell, monkeys invented parkour.

And squirrels are just reincarnated ninjas.

Sometimes, while searching for the perfect place to relieve himself, my dog will wrap his leash around a sign pole until he is completely immobilized. YOUR MOVE, PARKOUR DOG.

I once saw a coyote leap to the top of a sheer, six-foot block wall, then walk along the top like a cat, all casual like and shit, just like a cat.

DUDE.

And here is my corgi, Lance.

I've hooked Lance up to a device that translates his thoughts into text. Let's take a look.

"WHY THE HELL WON'T THESE LITTLE COWS GET INTO A HERD LIKE THE OTHER COWS? HERD, DAMMIT! HERRRRRRRD!"

Ferrets are hilarious. The way they flail like that, it seems like they forget how long their bodies are and are constantly being startled when they notice. "Oh my gosh what are my legs doing all the way back there?!"

My dog loves to walk on the curb like it's a balance beam. She usually falls off. She's not very good at parkour.

Watching Dirty Jobs the other night, they had lemurs bouncing around a cage with unbelievable grace and speed, and I kept thinking that the only thing really holding me back from being truly great at parkour was a lack of a really long bushy tail.

And chronic laziness.

And getting old.

But mostly the tail thing.

I don't have dog, I am thinking to adopt any suggestions.

If we're descended from monkeys why can't we do this? Proof that evolution is not a progression.

Oh, and BTW even a senile, arthritic, fat old cat is still 5,000x more athletic than YOU.

We can't?

(for varying values of "we")

The squirrel videos are from a 2-part series called Daylight Robbery I and II. They are based on birdlovers' wrath when squirrels empty out the birdfeeders. The birdlovers become infuriated, and order every squirrel-proof birdfeeder on the market. The videos document the birdlovers' increasingly agitated efforts to keep the birdseed away from the squirrels, until finally they build a 30 foot long obstacle course with birdseed as the final reward.

Proving it was always about the squirrels
