Since this is the official ponies thread, it's only appropriate that I post this here:the (hopefully) upcoming MLP: Fighting is Magic fan game.
And now I wish they'd add a feature to the game that would allow you to import ponies made using that pony creator thingie (yeah, I know it's probably not technically feasible but still).

Pony Science has pretty much pushed back our understanding of the universe so that belief in a Pony Creator is unnecessary. Ponies can be moral beings, even without the threat of supernatural vengeance to make them behave. Friendship is Science, people!

I dunno man, the threat of Lunar Banishment/Stone Imprisonment does discourage a good deal of villains in the MLP universe. You only get a serious one like every 25 episodes or so.
So think about that next time you go trotting around saying "Celestia is Dead!"

It's a Gator pony (missing from that code is the lower case Phi which is its cutie mark (for philosophy)). Bronco blue is darker (more like Auburn's).

In Create/Advanced there's a textfield where you can paste in a pony code. There are similar fields in Accesorize/Advanced and Pose/Advanced.

To be honest, I kind of like those Gary's Mod ponies since you can play with them and do stuff like make 3D images of the to watch on the 3DS. I wonder how far we are from someone making a pony creator based on those.

You're not kidding. Equestria is basically a lawless tyranny. Because there is no apparatus of justice, almost everything is permitted - but when you do something that the princess deems unacceptable, you are pretty comprehensively boned. Princess Luna must be pretty much walking on eggshells right now.

Friendship is Witchcraft (2,3,4 and a short) is a re-dub and remix of Friendship Is Magic episodes set in a dark alternate Equestra where friendship and magic are but a mere distraction from constant war and misery. Unlike many other series like these it's only half fandom in jokes, so non-fans may actually understand them. It also has original music! While the first one isn't bad by any measure, it doesn't start becoming amazing until episode two, so you may want to start there.

I spent some time creating a pony yesterday, and it raised some questions: Do I create a pony that reflects who I am, or what I think looks pretty? Would I be a brightly colored pony or a muted one? Do I get two colors in my hair, or is that a Mare-y Sue thing? If I had a tail, would I cut it to match my mane, or let it grow? Would my eyes be the same color as my human eyes? At the end of the day, am I just another clone of a background pony? I am somepony, aren't I?
I didn't even try to figure out the cutie mark I wanted. If I could distill my good qualities into an icon and stamp it on my butt, I think a lot of my problems would be solved.
