For the record this is not some random guy fooling around in his living room (okay, it kind of still is) but rather David Finlayson, second trombone with the NY Philharmonic.

After a while I looked away from the funny close-ups to better appreciate the way HE WAS PLAYING HIS ASS OFF! What a beautiful, performance of a nice piece of music.

I'm really liking the different ways people are using these kinds of cameras because as a dedicated couch potato, I'd look the extreme skiing/surfing/skating/biking GoPro videos and think, "Well, that's neat but I'm sure as hell am not going to try that so I don't have any use for this camera."

Then along came this GoPro cat video ad and the trombone video which have given me a giant case of new camera lust.
