It is relatively well covered here in Poland (or rather was, until the first Maidan casualties). But only because there are some Polish missionaries in the CAR who decided to stay with their congregation. Every news report from there is "Polish missionaries report from CAR that 20 people were killed in neighboring village", "Dramatic situation of Polish missionaries in CAR" (yes!), "Polish missionaries appeal for help" and so on. It only serves to emphasize that were it not for them, we'd hear very little of this conflict.
While a thousand lives is lost and a million people displaced.
