"How High the Moon": Drag duo CoLo and Desarae Demuir warm up to Ella Fitzgerald.
They had the '50s stage antics down! That was great!
And I'm heartened by seeing young people who know Ella's music. And I wish there were more young people at an SNL-level of mainstream fame who sang in that tradition aside from Michael Bublé.
She's among the many singers of that period who I believe should have a full-fledged HBO/Showtime short series bio treatment. Oh, to be a TV series producer with money and connections. Alas, I am not.
