I don't think the fruit paintings are particularly hyperrealistic—the author describes the works as "transcend[ing] a technical mastery to elicit more meaningful associations". They certainly do that, though; they remind me of shady childhood picnics. I can look into this lemon and recall, from 9:20 at night, a hot summer day from long ago.

I agree with Quilford, I wouldn't categorize any of these as hyper realistic but they are very pretty. I'd love to see them in person.

Mostly of fruit? Also dahlias, which are beautiful.
