It took like three checks to make sure this wasn't Neil Cicirega in disguise.

The scenes from Collateral seemed kinda off to me so I went hunting and yeah, they filtered/color corrected the shit out of those clips. The original (in 'Club Fever'!) is your standard early-oughts teal-and-orange (mostly teal).

I was hoping they would cut the Jack Rabbit Slim's dance sequence into the Saturday Night Fever clip somehow, but I'll take Vincent Vega being broody at Marcellus Wallace's bar while young Roshan gets it on.

At first I thought "yeah, ok, I get it" but then it got better.

Also, I was ready to buy but man, the colour correction totally sold it. AA++ on colour correction.

I was hoping for Eddie Murphy's scene from 48HRS, but this is fucking great.

Lots from movies I've seen, but also lots from movies I haven't but can now claim that I have.

Dang it! I was gonna post this! It's so cool.

I like the implication that Travolta's dancing is seriously bumming Neo out

Seems like a pretty rough place. Maybe they need a cooler.

Also, the hottest spot in New York right now is Hell's Club. It's got everything: Terminators, Pinheads, Sith Lords, Daywalkers, Travoltas, and even an American Hustle. "What's an American Hustle?" That's that thing where Bradley Cooper's perm wig and Amy Adam's sternum chew scenery for two and half hours and everyone goes home with an Oscar nomination.

Ha, that was quite entertaining. And I haven't even seen most of those movies. It's amazing how much narrative good editing + our brains can create.

Love that they included Airplane! though I wish they had let Striker dance, too.

Is it sad that I've seen all of the movies on the list? I am pretty amazed at this, it had to take days of work...I chose the word, "days" because "hours" didn't seem like enough to describe how much work went into that thing.

My favourite thing is how much Pinhead is really enjoying his night out dancing!

Why would that be sad, Chuffy? Movies are awesome!

That was pretty damn cool. And I want the version of Staying Alive that precedes the Pink Floyd mashup, the one where the vocals are all chopped up.

Oh, sweet, now I note that the songs are all listed in the credits!

A friend posted this on Facebook today and I immediately thought, "this must have been on MetaFilter." Yay. Inexplicably, I found myself waiting for Keanu (6:09.)

I thought that this was really well done and I enjoyed it greatly, but it did take me until after the appearance of Keanu to realize that the title should have been, Everyone Male goes to Hell's Club.
