Webcomicker Kris Straub is no stranger to creepypasta, from his classic of the genre "Candle Cove" to his ongoing comic "Broodhollow", and for Halloween this year he has come up with another snapshot of local TV gone very wrong: "local58.info"

I adore Chainsawsuit and find it hilarious and then every three months or so I'm reminded that Straub is the same guy who did Candle Cove and it is jarring every time.

Make sure you include a lot of really unnecessary background information about how perfect your girlfriend was ('Was she perfect? No, just perfect for me') before she was horribly killed, as that is how approx. 48% of all creepypasta begins.

The Cleveland classical radio station is creepier than I thought.

All of Cleveland local media is creepier than you'd expect. Still haven't figured why he chose those specific call letters. A blink-and-you-missed-it ID card mentioned the station as serving "Edenvale, Ichor Falls, Lasker City and the Greater Mason County Area", all mentioned as near Broodhollow.
