If I heard this on the radio I would guess Ladytron. It's very Ladytron. The only thing that would throw me off is that there are way more lyrics. Which is great! Because Ladytron shares a trope with most electro:

"Previously"? Everything I've been able to find online seems to indicate that, while Ladytron has been dormant for several years, they're still at least theoretically together, and she's still a member.
