In 2004 Rafi B. Levy released his first solo cd, Desert Cruising in a Dub State of Mind. That cd was a mix of Latin, Reggae, Middle Eastern, guitar instrumentals.
In 2009 he moved to Seville, Spain to study Flamenco and spent three years emersed in the music. In 2014, after deciding to stay with the electric guitar, he released the album Uplift Your Soul.
I just happened to see him today playing on the Santa Monica Pier and I wanted to share.
His YouTube channel has a few different music videos, including some short promo mixes, like a Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Spanish Rumba Mix, a Latin Mix, and a Pop Mix.

Confirmed, Great.
