I don't know if it's ever been easier to 'check out' a recording artist, what with youtube and other streaming services that work for free. Tinydesk (to return to the original subject) seems to be a great marker of quality. I usually bounce right off these music posts, but I will definitely watch this later

I stumbled on her last album around Christmas while walking and XS (the second song here) just blew my mind sonically, and then I realized that Britney Spears and Korn were both topping the charts in 1997 or so and of course people were getting into pop music as kids then and somehow absorbing both of them.
