Nipsey Russell's Funky Palace "Hands down, Nipsey Russell is simply an entertainment master. Plus, Nipsey was a car hop at The Varsity in Atlanta, serving the masses "allaway" dogs and Varsity Oranges at the world's largest drive-in restaurant, which adds immensely to his cool factor.

I'm surprised he hasn't shown up more often (at all?) on TV lately, in some form. He'd be a great guest on Letterman, Leno, etc.

Definitely someone to make sure is listed for your Celebrity Death Beeper, even though he rates a 30 on the Rotten Tomato scale, the guys' always been a winner, shining like a diamond while everything around him was for shit. Nipsey Russell is a funny man (unlike some people), a great talent, with terrible taste in agents, publicists and gigs. Googlism.com knows he's "the poet laureate of television," thinks he's an actress, and can't decide on his age.
