I kinda figured that Quiznos sub commercial stemmed from some gag on the 'Net. Now I can see the premise behind it. This is however not much different from if some marketing tool attempted to use "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" as a way to get me utilize disposable income on worthless crap. Granted, every time that commercial comes on and the guy's screaming about liking subs and offering to use any coupon, but they're gross and don't inspire me to ...oh cool! There's a Quizno's downtown? I'll be right back.

I've always admired Joel's work at rathergood. Well, it all sucks, really, and makes me want to gouge my own eyes out with my fingers to spare myself the agony of another millisecond of rancid Flash-animated tripe. But I admire him for having such a low threshold of embarrassment that he is able to create such things, where someone like me would be overcome by logic and create nothing instead.

And Giant Bee is catchy.
