Man, I love advertising.
I especially love it when someone goes out of their way to post advertising on the behalf of some huge multinational with no perceivable benefit for themselves.

I tend not to post things with my own criticism built into the content because I *usually* enjoy the way the discussion around here takes care of that. I guess I made the assumption that users are capable of seeing through and discussing the corporate spin on things that bombard us everyday from every angle. I really just wanted to provide a forum to discuss the absurd idea of having "BAD record DJ’s" spin music for swag-hungry pantaloon purchasers. If you actually think someone is going to buy overpriced designer slacks from my post, I assure you that was not my intention.
Just a show of hands...how many people went out and bought a Honda when they saw the commericals for "cog" and "sense" posted here? posted by boost ventilator at 10:50 AM on February 26, 2004
Well, boost, why didn't you put it in that context? Obviously no one took that cue, and now you're the diesel fanboy.
It looked as though a spambot posted it. posted by jon_kill at 12:53 PM on February 26, 2004
