Cool link, thanks!
A lot of the planes are really high like NoMich said. How do you control them from the ground? Surely it would just look like a speck? posted by derbs at 8:48 AM on January 6, 2005
wow. i want one now. better yet i want one equipped with a video recorder which i would fly through the streets of manhattan. of course i would be arrested and detained after about 5 minutes for causing mayhem in the streets since most people would think it was a terrorist attack.
still the video would be cool. way cool. posted by hpsell at 9:04 AM on January 6, 2005

Yes, excellent stuff, thanks! (This replaces the steadicam-on-the-front-of-a-bike project as something I'll think about but never get around to doing ...). posted by carter at 9:50 AM on January 6, 2005
Like Crackerbelly, I've got serious technolust. I wanna do that. Can I get one that will disassemble and fit in a suitcase so I can take it when I travel?
I'm ready to violate one of the rules I had for our kids when they were little. They weren't allowed to say the words "only" and "dollars" together in the same sentence. "But it's only _ _ dollars." posted by X4ster at 12:03 PM on January 6, 2005
